Here’s what to know about camp drop-off and pick-up at CYC, plus our bus transportation option.

Arrival – Sunday
- Please arrive no earlier than 2:00 pm and no later than 4:00 pm. Running late? Email office@cycamp.org.
- CYC staff will greet you and show you where to park.
- Go directly to the check-in table and turn in any medications and camp store funds.
Departure – Friday
- Please arrive between 2:00 and 2:30 pm for pick-up.
- Parents/guardians arriving after 3:00 pm will be charged an hourly rate for staff supervision.
- If a camper is not picked up on Friday, they will be sent home by bus (if space is available) for an additional $150. If there is no bus space or the camper does not live in the Twin Cities, the camper will remain at camp and a late fee of $50 per hour applies.
Bus transportation
When at least 30 campers need it, CYC offers bussing between Roseville, MN and camp for selected sessions for an additional $50 each way. Select bus transportation when you register your child to help make sure there is enough interest to run the bus. Contact the office for this summer’s bus sessions.
Very important for the safety of all campers
If anyone other than a parent/guardian will pick up your child, please complete a pick-up authorization form in your online registration account at least 48 hours before pick-up. We cannot release a child to anyone other than the legal parent/guardian without this completed and signed form, and we cannot accept phone messages or notes provided by the pick-up person.
