Making camp more affordable
Thanks to our generous donors, summer camp financial aid is available – up to 50% of camp fees, on a sliding scale. Some applicants will receive offers of less than 50%, and we are not able to provide aid to all applicants.
How to apply
- Register online for each child planning to attend camp. Registration, including the $125 deposit, is due per camper with the aid application.
- During registration you’ll be asked if you’re interested in financial aid and directed to the online application. No internet access? Request a paper copy from the office.
- Submit your application by April 30. Late or incomplete applications cannot be considered.
- CYC notifies all applicants of their award by May 15.
Good to know
- If the awarded amount isn’t enough for your camper to attend, indicate so on the determination letter by June 1 and your $125 deposit will be refunded. Only financial aid applicants are eligible for a deposit refund.
- All camp fees must be paid before your camper attends. If payment arrangements are not honored, the amount already paid will be forfeited.
