Directions

Catholic Youth Camp is located approximately 2.5 hours north of Minneapolis/St. Paul and about one hour west of Duluth. We sit on the point of a beautiful peninsula jutting into Big Sandy Lake, about 12 miles north of McGregor, Minnesota. Driving directions

From Minneapolis/St. Paul – about 2 ½ hours
  1. Take MN 65 north through Cambridge & Mora to MN 210, just east of McGregor (approx. 110 miles north of Minneapolis).
  2. Turn left at the stop sign onto MN 210. MN 65 links with MN 210 at this point. Continue approx. 1 mile.
  3. Turn right at the stop sign on MN 65 and continue approx. 7 miles to County Road 14 (Sathers Amoco/Hardware/Grocery will be on your near right).
  4. Turn right on County Road 14 and continue approx. 5 miles to 520th Lane.
  5. Turn left on 520th Lane (you should begin to see CYC signs).
  6. Follow the signs to camp (approx. 1 mile).
From St. Cloud – about 2 ¼ hours
  1. Take MN 23 east through Foley and Milaca to US 169 north (approx. 25 miles).
  2. Bear left on US 169 north. Follow 13 miles past Aitkin to County Road 3 (watch for a sign to Palisade).
  3. Turn right on County Road 3 (it becomes MN 232) and follow to MN 65 (approx. 14 miles).
  4. Continue straight across MN 65 on County Road 14 for approx. 5 miles to 520th Lane.
  5. Turn left onto 520th Lane (you should begin to see CYC signs).
  6. Follow the signs to camp (approx. 1 mile).
From Duluth – about 1 ¼ hours
  1. Take I-35 south to MN 210 west (approx. 15 miles).
  2. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto MN 210 west and continue to the stop sign in McGregor (approx. 42 miles).
  3. Turn right on MN 65 and continue approx. 7 miles to County Road 14 (Sathers Amoco/Hardware/Grocery will be on your near right).
  4. Turn right on County Road 14 and continue approx. 5 miles to 520th Lane.
  5. Turn left on 520th Lane (you should begin to see CYC signs).
  6. Follow the signs to camp (approx. 1 mile).
From Grand Rapids – about 1 hour
  1. Take US Highway 2 east to MN 65 south (approx. 19 miles).
  2. Turn right on MN 65 and continue approx. 28 miles to County Road 14 (Sathers Amoco/Hardware/Grocery will be on your far left).
  3. Turn left on County Road 14 and continue approx. 5 miles to 520th Lane.
  4. Turn left on 520th Lane (you should begin to see CYC signs).
  5. Follow the signs to camp (approx. 1 mile).
