Wednesday of All Stars

It has been a GORGEOUS day at CYC and everyone was excited and busy with activities!

We started out day with breakfast of biscuits and gravy the ‘C’ of the day in holy ground was Christ and then cabins headed to cabin activities where they boated shot archery did arts and crafts and other great camp activities. After first cabin activity everyone headed to the mud pit for a good old fashioned tug-o-war. Afterwards each cabin got to jump into the mud pit and get covered in messy gooey mud! And then we ran down to the beach to wash off!

After rib sandwiches for lunch and rest time campers headed to activities to swim play sports do arts and crafts cook canoe fish dance and act. It was a perfect sunny day and activities were in full swing.

Dinner was chicken alfredo and then it was time for a super cool activity called rainbow bubble snakes. Campers each made one and then cabins had challenges to see which group could make the longest snake and if they could make their cabin names.

Campers were singing loudly and proudly in the chapel tonight. They know how to pray with musical notes this week!

Our campers have the most energy because even after an intense day they still have enough energy for the fantastic dance party! Everyone will be busting out their best dance moves tonight!!

The L1 guys are going to camp out tonight so earlier today they put up tents and after showers they will spend the night under the stars!

It’s been a busy day and there’s more fun to come!
