Session Information

 By now you’ve seen the news have received flood updates about CYC or are following us on facebook. Thank you all for your prayers and offers to help at CYC. Please continue to pray for CYC the residents around Big Sandy and all areas affected by the recent flooding. Everyone at CYC is safe and we are working hard to protect as much of camp as we can to minimize the amount of damage. 


The water level is continuing to rise but will crest on Friday and then begin to recede. Our beach and some areas of the grounds are flooded but we don’t anticipate damage to buildings.

As always the safety and comfort of our campers is our number 1 priority so we will make sure camp is ready for kids before sessions begin again. Once the water starts to recede clean up will be quick and we’ll be back to having fun at camp! 

At this time we have cancelled the following sessions-

  • Pirate Week- June 24-29
  • Holiday Week- July 1-6
  • Safari Week- July 8-13 

 We have also added a new session- NEW—- August 19-24: MYSTERY WEEK! Campers will use their detective skills to uncover clues solve mysteries and figure out all of the hidden secrets of CYC! 1st-9th grade campers welcome!
