Wednesday Mysteries

Breakfast was delicious – sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches! We started our day with chapel and then headed out and about. It was a hot, sunny and fabulous all day!

The all camp activity had campers running all over camp to find symbols, each represented a letter. After they collected all of the symbols, they had to crack the code and figure out what it meant! After that, we welcomed Father Ben from Grand Rapids, who joined us to celebrate mass. We’re not just a community that plays together, we’re a community that PRAYS together too!

Lunch was mini corn dogs, mac and cheese, fruit, and salad bar. And then it was time for some rest time and afternoon activities. The weather was hot and sunny and a perfect summer day! All of the activities were busy- drama was practicing for the talent show, sports was playing basketball, there was archery, arts and crafts (working on paper mache), swimming and more!

Dinner was chicken breast and rice with veggies.

Now we have Prime Time (the camp store is open, gaga ball, carpet ball, games, and relaxing), then it’s the night everyone is always waiting for- the dance party! The disco ball is shining, the music will be blasting and the campers and staff will be dancing their hearts out! We still have plenty of energy to burn, so this dance party is needed!
