Camper Tuition
Catholic Youth Camp’s Camper Tuition makes a faith-filled camp experience accessible while inviting families to invest in CYC’s mission and long-term sustainability. Tuition is per camper, per session. Regardless of selected tuition level each camper at CYC will receive the same, full camp experience.
Tuition Options
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF $50 OFF AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED UNTIL NOVEMBER 1.
- $635 — Standard Tuition: Covers basic camper costs.
- $900 — Camp Supporter: Covers basic camper and some program costs.
- $1,200 — Camp Champion: Covers the full cost of camp per camper.
- Campership — Additional tuition support may be available. Select this option to complete an application on the following page.
A $75 deposit is required to secure your camper’s spot. Deposits are refundable only at the campership level if the family withdraws their application; all other deposits are non-refundable.
There are multiple payment options: pay in full, pay at your own pace, or monthly payments. We encourage all families to explore monthly payment options, as spreading tuition payments throughout the year can make any tuition level more affordable and accessible. A sample monthly breakdown is provided below. Please consider monthly payments before applying for campership support.
If registering for more than one session, the selected tuition will apply to all sessions.
2027 Discounts
- Early Bird Discount of $50 off per camper, available until November 1, reflected on tuition and final payment pages.
- Multi-Sibling Discount: 5% off each additional child registered.
- Multi-Session Discount: 5% off each additional session registered.
Multi-session and multi-sibling discounts are automatically applied on the final payment page.
