Scholarship Essay Contest
CYC is offering a fully funded week of camp (transportation and camp store are excluded) to be awarded to the camper who writes the best essay titled “What CYC Means to Me”.
- Essays should be typed and can be as long or as short as you need to explain what CYC means to you. Art illustrations or multi-media projects are also welcome.
- Essays must be written by campers only (mom and dad can help but we want to hear it from the campers!)
- 1 entry per camper
- Submit essay by February 10 2011.
- Essays will be impartially judged without names by a group of 2010 summer staff based on creativity passion for camp and overall message
- Scholarship is good towards one 2011 session of camp sampler LIT or CIT.
- Winning essays will be put online and will be displayed at Rally Day.
**Please make sure camper’s first and last name and age are on the essay (these will be removed before being given to the judges)**
