Swing Into Spring 2026

Swing into Spring FAQ’s

Who can attend CYC’s Swing into Spring?

Anyone and everyone is welcome!

Why do I need to RSVP?

To make sure we’re fully prepared and able to provide the best experience for everyone, RSVPs are essential. CYC has access to a limited number of TopGolf bays, food and beverage items, and private event space, and we want to ensure there’s enough of everything for everyone to enjoy the fun and fellowship. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate walk-ins due to Top Golf’s policies capacity. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re so grateful that you’re taking the time to RSVP and save your spot for what’s sure to be a fantastic day!

What is the cost to attend?

CYC’s annual funds raised $65,000 in 2025.  While this was encouraging to see, CYC has set an ambitious goal this year of $100,000! While we’re aiming high, we’re also excited to make this event accessible for all families, couples and individuals. In the spirit of ensuring an event for everyone we’re not charging an admission fee — instead, we’re inviting you to contribute through a donation. The suggested donation is $100 per adult (18+), but of course, any contribution is appreciated as we come together to make a lasting impact. Let’s hit this goal and make 2026 unforgettable!

Why does CYC need to raise money at all?

If CYC were to operate a full summer with 60 campers each week and charge the true cost of camp, tuition would need to be close to $1,150 per camper. We know that price places camp out of reach for many families — and that is exactly why CYC is committed to fundraising, tiered pricing, and expanding access for every child who dreams of summer at camp. As we move through 2026, CYC is still rebuilding, re-pioneering, and re-networking for the future. Your support is essential in helping us meet the real operational and administrative needs of a nonprofit summer camp approaching an incredible milestone: 80 years of impact in 2027. The most common question we hear from families is, “Does CYC offer scholarships?” CYC’s tiered pricing model is designed to honor the diverse financial realities of our families, but it can only succeed when donors help bridge the gap between what families can pay and the true cost of camp. Your generosity makes that bridge possible — ensuring that no camper is turned away simply because their family cannot pay full tuition. Your generosity doesn’t just support a summer — it helps secure CYC’s future.

I have a company and would like to sponsor your event – how can I do that?

This year CYC is offering tiered sponsorship opportunities.  Please contact erika@cycamp.org for more information.  Once you are a sponsor, your logo with a link to your company website will be listed on the bottom of this page.

Is there a dress code at Top Golf?

Nope!  Feel free to dress in casual attire or whatever is comfortable. Be aware Top Golf is an outdoor/indoor venue, with all golf bays outdoors.  Dress appropriately for the (sometimes sudden changing Minnesota) weather.

Where can I park?

There is ample parking at the Top Golf building.

Is there an order of events for the fundraiser?

"CYC is a great place to have fun, make friends, and share your faith. At camp, you can make a new friend almost anywhere like during activities, around the campfire, or in your cabin. If you get homesick, you’ll have nice friends and understanding counselors to help you out. You won’t need to worry about it too much because you’ll be having fun all day. No matter where you are, fishing, swimming, or playing soccer, you’ll be having a great time. CYC rocks!" - Joe
