Arrival at Camp

For Those Driving to Camp - Please plan to arrive at CYC at approximately 3:30pm on the first day of camp (Sunday). CYC staff will greet you when you arrive and instruct you where to park. Please go directly to the check in table and have any medications ready to turn in.

For Those Taking the Bus to Camp - Please plan to arrive prior to the check-in/load times indicated for your specific boarding location listed below.

• At the Roseville stop- The CYC Registrar will have a check-in table located on the parking lot sidewalk. For safety purposes, we ask that parents/guardians escort children to the check-in table and wait until they are properly checked in. Campers should remain on the sidewalk until instructed by CYC staff to begin boarding bus.
• At the Cambridge stop- For safety purposes, please have your children wait in your vehicle until the bus arrives. When CYC staff exit the bus, please escort your children to the waiting bus and remain until they are properly checked in and aboard the bus.

Schedule/Location Changes

If either the bus stop schedule or location needs to be changed, CYC will make reasonable efforts to contact parents/guardians affected by this change.

Bus Delays

If the bus is more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled bus stop time, you can call the number listed below to receive available information regarding the delay and anticipated arrival.

Departure From Camp

For Those Driving to Camp - When picking up your children from CYC, please plan to arrive at 1pm for the Family Day Celebration on the final day of camp (Friday). CYC staff will greet each vehicle and instruct you where to safely park. The Closing Ceremony will begin promptly at 1:15pm.
PLEASE SIGN OUT YOUR CHILDREN WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE CABIN COUNSELORS PRIOR TO LEAVING CAMP.

For Those Taking the Bus Home From Camp - Children will gather in the main camp area near Indian Point Lodge immediately following the picnic lunch. The bus is scheduled to leave at 2:30pm. Campers will board buses and attendance will be taken to confirm all are aboard.
PLEASE SIGN YOUR CHILDREN OUT WITH THE BUS CHAPERONES.

At all stops, please arrive prior to the approximate return time listed below. The bus will wait until all departing campers are signed-out. Delayed parent arrival delays the bus arrival to the next stop.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CAMPERS!

Parents/Guardians

If you are having your children picked up by anyone other than you, please complete a PICK-UP AUTHORIZATION form and return it to CYC at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time. We cannot release a child to a person other than the legal parent/guardian without this completed and signed form. We cannot accept phone messages or notes provided by the pickup person at the pick-up point.
