Sponsor a Program

The Sponsor A Program at CYC was created in 2007 as a way for individuals, families, foundations businesses and friends to provide the direct funding of a specific program area.

Sponsoring a program area at camp is a great to direct your funds to the activities that impact kids the most. By sponsoring an area at camp you will receive the following:

  1. Signage in your program area at camp recognizing your support of CYC.
  2. Recognition on the CYC website as a program sponsor.
  3. The opportunity to visit camp while in session to see the impact your support is creating for kids.


How do I become a program sponsor?

We will set a meeting to further explain the various program areas and assist you in the selection process.



Programs

Sunset Beach - $1,000

  1. Annual maintenance
  2. Weekly weed removal and racking of the waterfront
  3. Insect control
  4. Maintenance of seating for campers and staff

Canoes and Kayaks - $3,500

  1. Annual replacement of worn out life jackets
  2. Registration fees for all canoes and kayaks
  3. Red Cross training for instructors
  4. Annual replacement of canoes, kayaks and paddles
  5. Summer salary for 1 instructor

Sports - $1,500

  1. Annual replacement / maintenance of equipment
  2. New equipment for a greater variety of sports
  3. Field, Volleyball and Basketball court weekly maintenance
  4. Summer salary for 1 high school leader

Waterfront - $7,500

  1. Annual certification and salary of our waterfront director
  2. Certification for lifeguards
  3. 2 lifeguard summer salaries
  4. First Aid equipment
  5. Annual replacement of waterfront equipment

Archery - $2,000

  1. Annual archery certification for staff instructor
  2. Salary for archery instructor
  3. Annual replacement of bows, arrows and targets

Campfire Circle - $1,000

  1. Sound equipment
  2. Lighting system
  3. Fire extinguisher / hose system
  4. Books for songs and skits

Tubing and Speed Boats - $5,000

  1. Boat driver training and certification
  2. Fuel for the boats and pontoons
  3. Tubes, ropes and equipment maintenace and replacement

Fishing - $2,000

  1. License and registration fees
  2. Boat driver training and certification
  3. Fuel for pontoons
  4. Maintain rod, reel and tackle inventory

Leader in Training ( LIT ) - $10,000

  1. Summer salary for LIT trainer
  2. Room and board for LIT participants
  3. Training Materials
